Being focused on anticipation changed how i saw the world. I was looking for good things, and mostly missed the bad. Not saying bad didnt happen, but it wasnt my focal point.
My lesson here: focus on the good.

When you are hoping for the best, some negative things will always creep in. But this month hold on to the good. Don’t let the negative throw you off. Like those held in bondage hundreds of years ago, they knew their freedom would come someday. Know that good things are coming.
