This show is one of our favorites because of the excitement that the competitions stir up. There is also so much foolishness in the reality shows, you can’t help but love it.

So, one Sista is skeptic and the other Sista is the optimist. When it comes to physical competition, they love to watch but know they can’t compete.  Check out this episode on physical competition shows and what they think needs to happen to win.
