Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. The past two years has shown us how resilient we really are. The pandemic and now inflation are showing us tough times. But day by day we grow stronger.
Rest allows your mind and body time to rejuvenate. But it is not something that comes easy because I have been taught against it. Change the mindset and adding it to my schedule. This has been very good.
Last month I learned that rest is the best way to be the best me. I have to build it into my schedule. This month. I am resting. What does that look like? Hopefully I will show you.
In a world that looks very different than the past couple of years, I know I have to think innovative. Not just in work, but in home life, vacation life and all areas of life.
Just because something was successful before doesn’t mean I stop looking for new ways to do it.
