TV Talk is a candidate for an Award
2026 is turning into a great year for TV Talk with the Sistas. First, we won Best Audio Programming
in the ACM Hometown Media Awards. Now we are candidates in the Black Podcasting Awards for Best
Original Music. If we win this it will be because of Dave DeBerry.
Art of the Month
In recognition of independence, this work has 64 stars representing the 50 states and 14 territories the United States occupies. The red stripe represents the blood spilled and the road traveled to make this country surrounded by a blue sky. The red and the blue are the same as the colors of the flag of the United States of America. The feet represent the African bodies who built this land with their blood, sweat and tears.
